Last updated 4 July 2026. This notice explains how GGM Corp collects and uses personal data submitted through this website.
Who we are
GGM Corp is a trading name of Go Get Me Corporation Ltd, company no. 16343209, registered in England and Wales, with registered office at 74-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ (“GGM Corp”, “we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.
What we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to submit through the contact form on this site: name, email address, and, where provided, organization, role/title, country, phone number, and the content of your message.
We do not use cookies, analytics, or any third-party tracking technology on this site. We do not collect personal data automatically from your browsing activity.
How we use it
Data submitted via the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry — including RFP, RFQ, and procurement-related correspondence — and to maintain a record of that correspondence.
Legal basis
We process this data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to enquiries you have initiated) under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Where you contact us in relation to a prospective contract, processing may also be necessary for steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b).
How it is shared
Contact form submissions are transmitted via Resend, our transactional email provider, to reach our inbox. Resend acts as a data processor and only processes the data to deliver the message. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as necessary to respond to it and to maintain a reasonable business record, and no longer than is necessary for that purpose or as required by law.
International transfers
Email delivery infrastructure may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this occurs, we rely on our processor's standard contractual safeguards for international transfers.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
