Refund Policy

Short version: Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed. However, we handle genuine technical issues on a case-by-case basis and will always try to find a fair solution.
Why Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers waive their 14-day cancellation right for digital content once download or streaming has begun and they have been informed of this in advance. By completing a purchase on GoGet Karenderia Plugins you acknowledge and agree to this.
When We Will Issue a Refund
We will offer a full refund in the following circumstances:
- The plugin file is corrupt or cannot be extracted.
- The plugin does not function as described on the product page and we are unable to fix the issue within 7 days.
- You were charged multiple times for the same order due to a payment processing error.
- You purchased a plugin within the last 24 hours and have not yet downloaded it.
When We Will Not Issue a Refund
- You changed your mind after downloading.
- The plugin is incompatible with a version of Karenderia outside the stated compatible range.
- Issues caused by modifications you made to the plugin or your Karenderia installation.
- You experienced difficulty installing the plugin (support is available — please contact us first).
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase.

- The plugin name and approximate purchase date
- A description of the issue you experienced
We aim to respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
