GoGetMe Delivery Partner Agreement

(Terms and Conditions for Independent Delivery Drivers)

This Delivery Partner Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("you", "your", or "Delivery Partner") and GoGetMe ("we", "us", "our", or "GoGetMe"), a company registered in the United Kingdom. By signing up to deliver with GoGetMe and accessing or using our delivery platform, you confirm that you understand and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Relationship Between the Parties

1.1 You are engaged as a self-employed independent contractor, not as an employee, worker, or agent of GoGetMe.

1.2 Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture. You are free to choose when, where, and how often you work.

1.3 You may accept or reject delivery offers at your own discretion without penalty.

2. Your Responsibilities

2.1 You agree to:

• Provide delivery services using your own vehicle, equipment, and smartphone.

• Maintain valid driving documentation, insurance, and (where applicable) right to work in the UK.

• Comply with all applicable road safety laws and food hygiene requirements.

2.2 You are responsible for:

• Your own tax, National Insurance, and business records.

• Fuel, maintenance, data usage, and any operational costs.

3. GoGetMe Platform

3.1 The GoGetMe app offers you the opportunity to receive delivery tasks. You are not obliged to accept any particular task.

3.2 Acceptance of a task constitutes your agreement to complete it in a timely and professional manner.

3.3 You will not share your login credentials or allow any other person to perform deliveries under your account.

4. Fees and Payments

4.1 You will receive a delivery fee for each completed delivery, as displayed in the app at the time of offer.

4.2 Fees may vary depending on factors including distance, time, and promotions.

4.3 Payments are made weekly to the bank account you provide, minus any applicable service fees.

4.4 You are responsible for declaring your income and paying any applicable taxes or VAT.

5. Use of Substitutes

5.1 You are free to appoint a substitute to complete deliveries on your behalf, provided:

• The substitute has the right to work in the UK.

• They are appropriately insured and competent.

• You notify GoGetMe and ensure the substitute complies with this Agreement.

5.2 You remain liable for your substitute’s conduct.

6. Equipment and Appearance

6.1 You must use your own:

• Smartphone (with active data and GPS)

• Vehicle (bike, scooter, car, etc.)

• Safety and delivery equipment

6.2 GoGetMe may offer branded items (e.g. bags, jackets) for purchase or use. Their use is optional and does not indicate employment status.

7. Ratings and Conduct

7.1 Customers and Merchants may rate your delivery service. Repeated low ratings or reports of unprofessional behaviour may result in suspension or termination of your access to the platform.

7.2 You agree to behave respectfully and lawfully towards all users of the platform.

8. Insurance

8.1 You must hold appropriate third-party vehicle insurance that covers delivery or courier work.

8.2 GoGetMe is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained while providing delivery services.

9. Health and Safety

9.1 You are responsible for ensuring your own safety during deliveries.

9.2 You must not deliver under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that may impair your ability to drive or cycle safely.

10. Data Protection

10.1 You agree to handle customer information securely and only for the purpose of completing deliveries.

10.2 You must not store, misuse, or share any customer data. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

11.1 You may stop using the GoGetMe platform at any time without notice.

11.2 GoGetMe may suspend or terminate your access to the platform with or without notice if:

• You breach this Agreement.

• There are concerns about safety, fraud, or misconduct.

• You repeatedly reject delivery tasks or receive low ratings.

12. Changes to This Agreement

12.1 We may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated in advance via email or in-app notification.

12.2 Continued use of the GoGetMe platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
