How to Delete Your Delivery Driver Account

We're sorry to see you go! If you wish to delete your GoGetMe Delivery Driver account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the GoGetMe Delivery Driver app.

  2. Navigate to the Account section in the app menu.

  3. Tap on Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.

  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your request.

Important: Before you can delete your account, you must withdraw any remaining funds from your wallet. Account deletion will not be possible until your balance is fully cleared.

Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed in accordance with our privacy policy. If you change your mind, you’ll need to register again as a new driver.
